One quick call with our team and we'll walk you through the home buying process and answer any questions you might have. We'll get you set up on the buyer process and make sure you're on the path to optimize your home buying process.
2. Get Pre-Approved / Pre-Qualified

Talk to a lender to see how much you qualify for - you don't need to run a hard inquiry on your credit right away. Knowing what price range you will qualify for before starting the search will give you a strong starting point. If you don't have a lender who you work with, we can refer you to lenders.
3. Start Looking at Homes on RealScout

We'll set you up with a RealScout account so you can familiarize yourself with market inventory. We'll set up a filter for the home you are looking for. Every time a new home in your filter comes on the market, you'll be the first to know.
