Buying a home is a HUGE purchase — probably the biggest purchase of your life, until you buy your next home. Whether you’re a first time home buyer or this is your 4th home purchase, these videos will help you get a better understanding of what you’re signing!

1. First things first, you need to understand what terms you are working with. This video will explain the contingencies that are standard with each offer and why they are important.
